Recently renovated spacious cottage with a contemporary feel in the midst of country and farmland, just a 4 minute drive to the village of Kangaroo Valley. The cottage is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a large, relaxing bathtub, cozy fireplace, verandah with lovely views and a private outdoor fire pit to sit around and enjoy. Meet our adorable goats Frieda and Golda, and enjoy collecting eggs from our free-roaming chooks, Princess Margaret, Claire, Sissi & Hilda. The space The cottage is set on 2.5 acres and is set back from the main house by a breezeway and garage and enjoys its own private entrance, verandah and outlook. The generous open living space is equipped with everything you need for your comfort. Including a cozy fireplace for cold nights or air condition for the hot days, two comfortable sitting areas with TV and a games cupboard, a dining area for six, fully equipped kitchen with a small pantry of stables such as oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, spices... Moreover, there is a private verandah with outlook into beautiful garden and escarpment, a private outdoor firepit, and exclusive use of the swimming pool . Guest access The cottage, verandah and firepit is for your exclusive use. The kitchen is fully equipped and has some staples such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee and a variety of teas. There is a washing machine including detergent in the kitchen and iron and ironing board in the bathroom cupboard. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer. Other things to note During public holiday long weekends there will be a minimum of a 3 night booking. Please bring your own firewood. Bags may be purchased at the petrol station in the village.
