With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout suits families and groups with ease: a private downstairs king suite with ensuite and walk-in shower, two queen bedrooms upstairs, and a twin single room. A second lounge/theatre room downstairs with large flatscreen TV and sound system offers extra space to unwind, opening onto native gardens and lawn.
