The gently sloping garden is a delight to garden lovers, and all very close to Sherbrooke Forest, wedding venues and the Villages of Mt Dandenong, Sassafras and Olinda. The space The view, the view. As you enter this sophisticated country home you will be greeted by panoramic views over the valley and the twinkling lights of the city. Elegant in its design style with antique pieces throughout, this beautifully appointed property offers a spacious open plan living and dining area with a wood burning fire, an abundance of seating options, and a fully equipped kitchen with views over the gardens. We provide a continental breakfast hamper for the first morning of your stay. Ideal for families or small groups the downstairs area has four bedrooms, the master with an en-suite bathroom and views out to the gardens, the second and third bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with twin beds. Perfectly located only a short drive away from the town ships of Sassafras and Olinda and local attractions, Boyanda is a great base for exploring everything the Dandenongs has to offer. Or if you prefer to stay in and relax at your accommodation, you can choose to snuggle in front of the fire with a good book, enjoy a board game in the large downstairs recreation space or have afternoon tea in the 3 acres of established garden. Please note: - Our rates are based on two people sharing a room - The rate shown is for 4 people - extra charges apply per person per night - If you want one person per room, or need an extra room, it's an additional $118 per night per room - please enquire before booking If you are planning your wedding preparation, or a small function (maximum number of guests is 20 - including those staying), there is an additional fee of $400 above the tariff to cover extra cleaning and extra rubbish removal, and the use of the home and gardens for photos. Thank you for your understanding. Do note that there are multiple stairs within the home and all bedrooms are on the lower level, so is unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties. WiFi access is included although do note that internet and phone reception in the Dandenong Ranges can be unstable and please understand we have no control over that. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of Boyanda and are welcome to wander the lovely gardens during their stay. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We don't provide firewood supplies or set the fireplace during the declared fire danger season (normally mid December) to the end of February. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. Please refer to the CFA website for further information. If there is no wood and kindling provided at your property, it will be because of this policy. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property is strictly forbidden at anytime. We try our best to ensure insects are kept at bay however it is impossible to fully eradicate them. Please be assured we do our best to keep these to a minimum.
