The bus stop is just steps away from the front door. Walk to bars, restaurants, liquor store, grocery and more. Other things to note ***You pay a cleaning fee and should not have to clean on vacation! Please leave the place tidy. We have all laundry professionally cleaned. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. THERE IS A $100 PET FEE PER STAY. WE LOVE FLUFFERS. WE THINK THEY SHOULD VACAY WITH THE FAMILY TOO. WE LIMIT 1 PET PER STAY UNLESS APPROVED IN ADVANCE. Early Check-In Available based off occupancy, for a fee. Late check out will be charged $100/hr without prior host approval. Extra OVERNIGHT Guests that are not included in the original agreed upon booking guest count may result in a $50/day fee per additional guest. Smoking in the house will have an additional fee of $200 charged.
