Sud Paradise, at the gateway to the island's wild south

Located in Grand Bois, less than 10 minutes from downtown Saint-Pierre and all amenities, in a protected and historic area of Reunion Island, Sud Paradise was designed to make people who stay there have a memorable stay. This villa of over 150 m² will comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children (or 8 people) thanks to its three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The space The living room, kitchen and master suite (with its 200*200 king size bed, private bathroom and toilet) are air-conditioned and all three overlook a large 90 m2 terrace with views of the pool and especially the Indian Ocean. Here you can admire: • the renovated former sugar factory of Grand Bois, architectural prize, which refers to the industrial activity of the past centuries of Reunion, • sunsets, • and especially the waves crashing on the coast of Réunion. The other two bedrooms: are air-conditioned, overlook the garden area, have a queen size bed (160*200) and a private shower room. The terrace and pool at the front of the house are friendly and allow some to bask on the loungers, others to swim, and still others to dine. The living room is equipped with a large-format TV for lovers of beautiful images, as well as a game console for the little ones... and grown-ups! The sofa is an invitation to laziness. You have a quality internet connection thanks to fiber optics. The kitchen is also fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, blender, fridge, freezer... full set of dishes. In addition to the washing machine, you will have the convenience of using the dryer. Bath towels are provided In the evening, it's nice to be lulled by the sound of the waves crashing. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the whales that often frequent this spot. This new house located in a brand new subdivision is still in its "alpha" version. We will be sure to improve it based on the observations and remarks of our customers. While we are not yet able to provide all the services we wish to put in place, this villa is rented with a remarkable price/performance ratio in the area. PLEASE NOTE: this villa is located in a quiet area, parties, soirees and noise are strictly prohibited. While hosting potential visitors is tolerated, the number of people present in the house must under no circumstances exceed 12 people. For your safety, the exteriors of the house are under permanent video surveillance. Guest access - entire home except garage - private space to park 2 vehicles - the owner keeps vehicles in the garage that they may need to collect at any time.
