This is where it all happens: convivial meals, sunbathing on the sun loungers facing the sea or swimming in the pool. The view is a permanent sight: The ballet of the waves on the wild coast. Cool Nights (100% Air-conditioned): For absolute comfort, the entire villa is air-conditioned (bedrooms, but also living room and kitchen). The Master Suite (Sea View): A real private apartment opening onto the terrace. King size bed (200 x 200) for royal nights, dressing room, bathroom and private toilet. The 2 "Garden" Suites: Quiet garden side, these two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom and a very comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200). Living room: XXL sofa inviting laziness, Large Format TV for your movie nights and Game console for the happiness of young and old! Connection: High-speed Fiber Optic (ideal for teleworking). Gourmet Kitchen: Everything is there to cook like at home (oven, microwave, blender, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher...). Laundry room: Washing machine and (rare in Reunion!) a dryer, very practical in the tropics. ℹ️ Note for your peace of mind Serenity: The villa is situated in a quiet residential area. It is a place of rest: noisy parties and evenings are strictly forbidden. Capacity: For the comfort of all, the capacity (visitors included during the day) is limited to 12 people. Safety: The outdoors are under video surveillance for your peace of mind. Guest access 100% Private Accommodation: You rent the entire villa. The swimming pool, large terrace, garden and all amenities are exclusively reserved for your personal use throughout the stay. No part is shared. Secure Parking: You have a private parking space inside the property. You can easily park 2-3 vehicles there (essential for your rental cars). Arrival with complete peace of mind: Check-in is usually done physically, with a partner who welcomes you. It can also be done independently (secure lockbox) to allow you to arrive at a time that suits you, even late after your flight. We are of course available to guide you when you arrive. Other things to note Travel time to the must-sees: - Grande Anse Beach: 8 min (One of the most beautiful beaches on the island, picnic and swimming). - Saint-Pierre waterfront: 10-12 min (Restaurants, bars, Saturday morning market, lagoon). - Manapany Basin: 15 min (Natural seawater pool). - Rivière Langevin (Cascade Grand Galet): 30-35 min. - The volcano and La Plaine des Sables: From the villa, head towards the Plaine des Cafre). In about 1 hour 15 minutes, you reach the Pas de Bellecombe to admire the lunar landscapes, the Plaine des Sables and access the crater hikes. - The Lava Route (The Coast & The Wild South): Along the coast to the east (via Saint-Philippe), you enter the enclosure of the "Grand Brûlé". This is where the volcano meets the ocean. You will cross the impressive lava flows (including the one from 2007) that cut off the national road. A spectacle of striking contrasts between the black rock, the vegetation that reclaims its rights and the intense blue of the Indian Ocean. - The Cirque de Cilaos: Want a change of scenery? The famous Cirque de Cilaos is a perfect day trip from the villa. You will quickly reach Saint-Louis (approx. 15 min by highway) to start the mythical "Route aux 400 virages". Allow about 1.5 hours of total travel time to go from the seaside to the peaks. Up there, the atmosphere is alpine and authentic: it is the kingdom of hiking (at the foot of the Piton des Neiges), famous lentils, local wine and embroidery. - Roland Garros Airport: Approx. 1h20 (via the Tamarins road). - Amenities in the immediate vicinity: You will find everything you need within 2 minutes by car (or a few minutes walk for walkers): bakery, pharmacy, medical center, - Carrefour, Mr Bricolage, Decathlon 10 min by car
