This is an everyday occurrence at LeadwoodMarloth. LeadwoodMarloth is a stunning, brand new, thatched modern house with large comfortable outdoor spaces for entertaining and relaxing. Set on two sides of parkland, this private, modern luxury home has all the luxuries and close interaction with the bush and animals that nature lovers yearn for. The space LeadwoodMarloth is well appointed with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. With high quality appliances and utensils you will enjoy entertaining friends and family or relaxing with a Nespresso coffee on the patio. The living area is spacious, tastefully decorated and leads out onto the outdoor patio area, boma braai and swimming pool. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the first floor you will find the third bedroom with the option to have two single beds or a king sized bed. There is also a lounge area with a large sofa and small library which leads to a balcony that overlooks the pool and parkland areas. The elevation of the balcony gives one the amazing views of the surrounding bush. The outdoor entertainment area consist of a patio with sofas, a pergola with a dinning table and chairs, pool loungers, a boma area with a fire pit and a swimming pool. Having a braai overlooking a large section of private bush with friends and family makes for a more special evening under the African sky on a clear night. Other things to note Please note : - No pets allowed - No loud music - No walks between sunset and sunrise The home is fitted with alternative power supply for times of load shedding. Please note that this accommodation is self-catering, no daily maid service or housekeeping included. We are happy to provide a mid-stay cleaning at an additional fee. IMPORTANT : A R2500 deposit is required to cover an eventual fine for noise complaint. Part of this deposit will also be used to cover the cost of garbish removal if left in the house or an extra cleaning if needed. Please make sure to adhere to the house rules and you will get this deposit back on departure.
