The house was built during the Civil War and has a nice front porch, a beautiful yard abutting a park so it feels like you are in the country although you just a few minutes from thriving downtown Glens Falls where you will find restaurants, shopping and more. The kitchen has new appliances and stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. There is a newly renovated bathroom on the first floor. The living room is furnished with sofa, Oriental rug, a smart TV, and the electric fireplace.
