Large outdoor deck with 8 seater dining table and weber family Q barbecue. Remote opening single car drive through garage opens out to double carport providing safe secure undercover parking. Quality hotel style bedding, linen and towels provided. Large backyard with raised cubby house and slide and sandpit below for the little ones. Bedroom configuration: Master- King size bed with ceiling fan. Bedroom 2- Queen size bed with ceiling fan. Bedroom 3- Queen size bed. Bedroom 4- Double bed with single bunk above. Main bathroom has shower, bath & separate toilet. Ensuite has shower and toilet. Maximum 9 guests. Great location with main shopping strip approximately 300metres from the front door. Perfect location to enjoy what Mansfield, Mt Buller and theHigh Country has to offer. Guest access The entire house is available for guests enjoyment. Entry code will be provided prior to check in. Other things to note House Rules- Noise - Please respect the neighbours and their space. Offensive noise and anti- social behaviour is prohibited. Visitors - You are restricted to 9 people sleeping at the property. Guests are responsible for visitors. Gatherings/ parties/ functions are strictly prohibited. Parking- available in our secure backyard, driveway or on street. No parking on lawn areas. Garbage & recycling- Bins are located in undersink drawer. Council bins are in driveway. Please place bins on kerbside on Thursday evening for collection early Friday morning. SECURITY - please keep the house securely locked and garage door closed when you are not present at the property. The outside perimeter of the house is fitted with CCTV cameras for the safety of guests. Smoking - STRICTLY a NON SMOKING property. Detection of any evidence including smokebutts will result in a minimum $500.00 cleaning/deodorizing fee. Pets- NO PETS allowed. BBQ - Please clean after use. Turn gas on at bottle prior to cooking and off after use. Kitchen - a fully equipped kitchen is provided for your convenience. Please ensure you leave the facilities as you found them CLEAN & NEATLY replaced. Please report any damage/ breakages immediately to Glenn on the mobile number provided at check in. Wireless Internet- Codes provided at check in. Gas Hot Water/ Stovetop is on bottle gas- if you run out of gas you need to changeover gas tank located on the bathroom side fence. You can identify which bottle is being used by the blue switch valve. Turn the empty bottle hand wheel to the off position. Change the blue valve to the full bottle and open the hand wheel to the on position. Rubbish/ Recycling- please place bins kerbside for collection time ( usually very early) Friday mornings. NON SMOKING PROPERTY- if any guests/visitors smoke on the property they MUST be clear from the house and any open windows or doors. All butts must be place in a sealed container/ bag and placed in the outside bin. DEPARTURE- Security- ensure all windows and doors are locked and keys are replaced in security box provided. Rubbish- all rubbish is to be removed from house. Dishwasher- all dirty dishes are stacked and dishwasher is turned on. Personal items- check all rooms for any personal belongings you may have left behind. NOTE: It is our expectation that you leave the house in the same order as found. The cleaning fee does not cover the house being left in complete disorder. Please ensure all dishes are washed and Kitchen & BBQ are left clean and in good order. Additional unreasonable cleaning costs may be taken out of your security bond.
