Maison Falaizou Beautiful house. Sea and valley views from all the living areas and bedrooms of this spacoius and luxurious house. Accomodation for 8 people. All bed linen and towels are provided. The space Maison Falaizou is a spacious, modern, 180 m2 house (1937ft square), perched above a spectacular west facing sea view. It is a luxurious and well equipped holiday house. An ideal place for couples, friends and families, a great place to relax, unwind and on many evenings enjoy the sun setting over the valley and sea. With four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets we can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. We have a large open plan living area with seating for 8 people, and a wood burning stove for cold winter days. There is also a library area with arm chairs and a tuned piano. The brand new kitchen which is open to the living room and dinning area, has every thing you need to cook well and enjoy all the great food you can find in France. The kitchen is equipped with two large fridges to make catering for 8 easy. There is also a large pantry area behind the kitchen for storage. The bedrooms are situated on two separate floors leading off the living area, two bedrooms to each floor. Both upper and lower bedroom floors have bathrooms/showerooms and separate toilets. All the living areas and all four double bedrooms, large terrace, bedroom terraces and garden all share this beautiful view of the sea and the beach, and also the wooded valley with the church and village of St Jean du Doigt. This hidden and tranquil valley neighbours the coastal holiday town of Plougasnou. There are various bed options. The two large bedrooms each have king size double beds (160*200) and the two smaller double bedrooms are equipped with single beds which can be joined together to make king size double beds. Outside there is private parking for 5 or 6 cars, and a south facing lawn area. On the terrace outside the living room we have a table and chairs for 8 people with a sun parasol. There are 4 sun loungers. Guest access You will have access to the whole property during your stay. Other things to note - Bookings in July and August must be from Saturday to Saturday. - For bookings from 1st October - 31st April, we provide a basket of wood for the wood burning stove.
