Jacaranda Beach House is located at Pacific Palms on the New South Wales mid-north coast in the beautiful and popular seaside destination of Smiths Lake which is only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney. The house sits on a large gently sloping block overlooking the lake. It is surrounded by native trees and is perfectly positioned to capture the morning sunrise over Smiths Lake. With an abundance of native flora and fauna Jacaranda is the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all. The space The house has been beautifully renovated inside and out and sits on a large private block with landscaped gardens. Upon entering the house you will discover a contemporary and thoughtfully appointed beach house with an open plan living and dining area offering stunning water views of the lake in front. A modern gourmet kitchen adjoins the living area equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware you need to cater for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds and 2 bedrooms downstairs one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles. The house has 2 large designer bathrooms . The upstairs bathroom features a bath and large shower recess. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and adjacent fully equipped laundry. Linen is included for your stay and all beds will be beautifully made for your arrival with luxurious Sheridan cotton sheets and towels on each bed. There is plenty of room at Jacaranda Beach House which can be enjoyed year round. The upstairs living areas are air conditioned for your comfort and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. With wonderful cross flow ventilation in the house just sit back and let the sea breeze cool you down on those hot summers days. Enjoy the wide expansive decks including an upstairs alfresco lounge area complete with plantation shutters and Vergola and an outdoor BBQ or relax in one of the two spacious living areas. The house is perfect for a large group or family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The lake can be easily accessed from the front of the property where you will find a sandy beach. Take a swim or a relaxing stroll around the lake to the Frothy Coffee Boathouse where you can enjoy a nice meal or coffee or hire a boat to explore the lake and nearby Sandbar Beach. Dogs are permitted on request so please let us know the age and breeds of your dogs at the time of booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Sorry but cats are not permitted. The house has an enclosed deck area upstairs that is safe and secure. The front garden is also fully fenced. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and you can expect daily visits from the resident Kookaburras, Rosellas and King Parrots. We also have FOXTEL so you can enjoy movies, sport and all of your favourite program's during your stay. This home has a great holiday feel and with it's proximity to the lake and magnificent surrounding beaches is sure to provide you with a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.
