Welcome to our new home which has been designed to take in the views of the lake and mountains and has indoor/outdoor flow Our home has spacious open plan living with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom & separate toilet so plenty of room for eveyone to relax We are located 5 minutes walk to the lake and lakefront walking track, 5 minutes drive to the town centre or if you feel like a stroll it's about a 15 minute walk. The space This is a new home and we have recently completed the lawn areas, we have two outdoor seating areas where you can relax on the outdoor couches. There is a large reserve across the road with plenty of extra room to kick a ball round or play a game of cricket with the children. Portacot available on request, small selection of children's toys and books and board games Guest access Guests will have access to all the amenities and rooms at our place Other things to note We have Sky TV, Netflix, Disney, Prime Amazon, Spark Sport and Neon available as well as a selection of DVD's for your use. No extra charge for children under 5.
