Retreat on Blossom with Hot Tub

If you are looking to enjoy the sun & surf this is the place for you. This is a great holiday house located in Cowes available for holiday rental all year round for weekend or long term stays. The house has the following features: Four bedrooms (including master/ensuite), three living areas, sleeps 8, outdoor spa, free Netflix, large backyard, deck/BBQ & great park 1 min walk away. Surf Beach is a short drive and the bay is a 15 minute walk. Look forward to telling you more. No schoolies The space The house has 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a toilet and shower and the main bathroom has a bath & a shower, and a separate toilet. There are 3 living areas with Netflix on the main TV. Outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a Hot Tub to enjoy. Large backyard which is securely fenced. Guest access The garage is without access, but there is plenty of parking on the drive way and on the street. Other things to note Please leave the house as it was found. The bin must go out the front when you leave the property. Bin night is Wednesdays. Linen and towels is an extra cost of $30 per room. This will supply you with bedding, towels, bath mats. Please advise when making the booking so I can add accordingly. Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned, or a $50 cleaning fee will apply. Pets are not allowed inside. There is an undercover outdoor area with a large secure backyard. Pets mess will need to be disposed or a $25 fee will apply
