It's comfy, interesting and homely. A bit shabby-chic evolved rather than interior designed. The luxury outdoor sofa's, sun loungers, large heated pool and outside covered eating area provide the perfect location for relaxation and al fresco dining. The space There are many features to this house that make it special. The house has over 220m2 of living space and 1800m2 of garden and land. Its spacious layout is perfect for two or three families to stay all at once without being on top of each other! There is a large kitchen with a family-sized table, leading out an outside covered eating area terrace, perfect for those hot summer evenings. There are many comfortable areas - a large sitting room, a small study, a further sitting room opening on to the vine terrace and pool area as well as various outdoor sofa's, sun loungers and a hammock. The 15 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace and fully fenced with spectacular views. Children are very welcome and the house is equipped with a chest full of toys, puzzles, table tennis table, Boules pitch as well as a smart television, high speed fibre optic broadband/Wi-Fi 500+Mbps and air conditioning in all the bedrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom with en-suite has a large balcony with tables/chairs overlooking the garden and mountains. A car is essential for shopping and accessing the local area. Unfortunately the house is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for guests with restricted mobility, due to the many steps around the property. Guest access There is parking for three cars at the rear of the house. Charging of Electric Vehicles at the property is not permitted. Other things to note All linen, bath and swimming towels are included in the rental price. We suggest guests bring their own beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. The house is cleaned on changeover days at the owners expense. The cleaning of the bbq is the guest's responsibility. Charging of electric vehicles at the property is not permitted.
