Located in a tranquil residential/ villa area and yet just steps away from the Eat St, the trendiest and upscale fashionable area in the heart center of Seminyak. - 4min walk to Oberoi St where you can find all the famous restaurant and bars like: Ultimo, Cafe Bali, Batik, Sisterfields, La Favela - 8min walk to Seminyak Square, Sisterfields Cafe - 15min walk to Kudeta, beach - 5min drive to Sundari Spa The space The villa is a 500sqm property, consist of 5 independent bedrooms, all with AC and en-suite bathrooms. The space has 1 main building, 2 bungalows and 1 gazebo, which built around the 14-meter private pool in the center and garden around. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa. WiFi is available at the entire villa. The villa can sleep up to 12 people, ideal for families or group trip. The combination of different bedding gives you the flexibility on sleeping arrangements. The 5 bedrooms are built independently, with 2 on the left and right wing of the Joglo, which is the traditional Javanese roof architecture. One has a king bed with ensuite bathroom and the other one has 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom. The Joglo will be your main living area, where the kitchen, dining table, bar and TV lounge area is. It is overlooking the beautiful T shaped 14 meters swimming pool with the gazebo in front. There are 2 long day beds at the gazebo with a ceiling fan. Perfect to chill, hang out and relax. If you prefer sun bathing, we have 4 sunny chairs in the garden around the pool. The family room is an independent bungalow by the pool, consist of one king bed and one sofa bed 1.2m x 2.0m, TV, a large dressing room with dressing table, build-in wardrobe and a double-sink bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are opposite to the family room. They are built at a double floor gladak house, which is a traditional Balinese teak wood house. The ground floor is a King bed with ensuite bathroom and the upper floor is 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Other things to note **Sharing parking space is fit to scooter only, car parking is not available at the villa** The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort. *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure ** === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
