Welcome to your Smokies vacation! Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for easy access to both. With 3 acres, there’s plenty of room from the next cabin to enjoy the serenity of the Smokies. Sit outside on the relaxing deck that feels like you're sitting among the trees. -15 min to Dollywood -12 min to Gatlinburg -8 min to Arts & Crafts -18 min to Ripken baseball -10-30min to National Park -Hot tub -Fire pit -Air hockey -Video game system -Starlink WiFi Thank you for your interest! The space Centrally location between Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park but provides tranquility away from the business the area has to offer. -We just added a new deck that feels like you’re sitting in the trees! -Dollywood, Downtown Gatlinburg, and the heart of Pigeon Forge all less than 20 minutes! -Arts and Crafts district 8 minutes. Whitewater rafting, tubing, skiing, zip-lining, horseback riding, waterfalls, golfing and fishing are all in close proximity to the cabin, within about a 20 min drive as well. The cabin offers 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home provides togetherness but allows for some separation. -main floor -upstairs loft with couches and smart tv for streaming -lounge/game room on the bottom floor with 65" smart tv and sectional sofa *please note we do not have cable but you can stream your favorite services* -Full-service kitchen -hot tub -washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker -air conditioning and heating -fireplace available from November to April like other cabins in the area We also have -air hockey -arcade system with 50 games -65” flat-screen televisions in both the game room and loft! Off the main floor living area are 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with walkout screened-in porch. The second bedroom on the main level has a comfortable king bed. Upstairs loft area where there is a 65” smart tv, full sofa, love seat and arm chair. On the bottom level you will find the game/TV room that contains an air hockey table, video game console with 50 games built in, a large sectional and 65” smart tv. Off the game room are two more bedrooms with bunk beds...the first bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (one full bed and 3 twins) while the second bedroom has a bunk with a full and twin. Total beds: 1 king 1 queen 2 full 4 twin Please note that in the summer the upstairs can be warm given it’s a true log cabin and winter it can get cold in the downstairs rooms so we provide additional space heaters. Guest access -4 days before your arrival we will message with check-in instructions. -Day of arrival we will message the door code…no need to meet for the keys at the cabin! -We are real people with real jobs just like you and we want to make the check-in process as easy as possible! Other things to note The red tape: - 10 Person Max - We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more. - You will likely see and hear critters including bears - Bears are dangerous - The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area. - Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! -Condiments, zip locks, wood, charcoal and toiletries are not provided. The road up to the cabin can seem steep, it is gravel and not paved. The downstairs bunk bedrooms can be chilly in the winter due to it being a cabin and lack of airflow from the HVAC. Also, in the summer the upstairs can be warm during hot stretches so we have some powerful ceiling fans. We want to be sure you are aware. We do provide a space heater and extra blankets.
