SCAPED Mansfield is the ultimate eSCAPE. Set on the edge of Lake Eildon, Mansfield and only 45 mins from Mt Buller, you wont find another property that truly offers IT ALL. We are nestled on 14 secluded acres with direct access to Lake Eildon & scenic surrounds. The home comprises 3 independent 2-bedroom units connected by a sweeping deck with unhindered views of the lake. The property has a peaceful feel, combining a rural retreat with all with the luxuries afforded by modern living. The space Surrounded by beautiful tall gums and sprawling Australian landscape, SCAPED will make it is easy to unwind and leave the busy life behind any time of the year. Walk, wander and explore the expansive 14 acre outdoor grounds. In summer, you will enjoy a drink on the shaded deck or spend your time on Lake Eildon. Kickback and relax or launch the boat and jet ski and get your tan on in the Lake. In the colder months, light a cosy fire, stay inside and curl up with a good book or hit the slopes at Mt Buller or Mt Stirling only a 45min drive away. SCAPED is waiting for you to test out our custom built fire pit and BBQ. This is where you will spend your evenings, gathering with your loved ones with good food, good company, fire and a nice big glass of local High Country red wine. In addition, to the HUGE communal BBQ each unit boasts a Heston Blumenthal Everdure Grill under the cover of our back deck. Each kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment and utensils you will need for entertaining. SCAPED is ideally suited for three families or groups who want to share fun getaway together while also having the privacy and space of your own accommodations, bathrooms and kitchen. The home comfortably accommodates 12 guests with an additional 4 ppl should the group require. We say Max 10 (possibly 12) adults and the rest children due to the bed configuration (toddler beds etc). The house comprises three 2-bedroom units and has independent access to each unit. Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and lounge room. We pride ourselves on being a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of 'real life'. We do not accommodate PARTIES, EVENTS or GATHERINGS larger than the paid max guests. Unit Details (Unit 1): Bedroom 1 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single beds + kids trundle (Unit 2): Bedroom 1 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Sofa Bed - Double (Unit 3) Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single beds + kids trundle We also have 2 portacots and a high chair available at no additional cost. DINING AREA: Formal Dining Area with seating in each unit. Hotel quality bedding, linen and bath towels are available. However, please bring your favourite beach towel to take to the lake. Each of the 3 kitchens is well appointed with oven & stove, microwave and appliances such as kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you need to be your own Master-chef. Each dining table seats 6 comfortably. Lounge rooms have cosy sofa’s to lounge around on. To ensure year round comfort, the home has a split system heating and cooling unit in the lounge, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and conara wood heating in all the unit’s lounge rooms. Complimentary WI-FI is available and a password will be provided. There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, subject to change over peak periods and school holidays. We have min 3 night stay for the weekends, although we are happy to accommodate requests of 2 nights over the weekend on occasions. There is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway and allocated car spaces.
