Welcome to our Blairgowrie Luxury Beach House. Located in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and vibrant cafes, this newly built beach house showcases high-end coastal living at its finest. Architecturally designed. Boasting four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an extensive kitchen/living area with bay water views, full height windows, European fittings and a north facing pool / lawn. This will be included in the rental agreement. * The maximum number of people who can gather at the property is limited to the Rental Party only. No additional people (including visitors) may gather at the property unless prior approval has been received from the Homeowner. Kitchen & Living Upstairs you’ll find an oversized kitchen/dining/living room with floor to ceiling windows and impressive bay water views. Two glass sliding doors open to a large terrace area with built in gas BBQ, outdoor lounges and table for alfresco entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to create the perfect meal. There’s a Miele 5 burner gas stove, dual Miele ovens, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with an inbuilt automatic ice maker, jaffle sandwich maker, pots & pans, glassware, cutlery, plates etc. The dining area includes a large dining table and seating for 12-14 people. The living area is spacious and offers plenty of comfy seating and room to lounge about, enjoy a glass of wine or watch a movie. The 4K UHD 65” Smart TV includes Netflix, Fetch Pay TV, Internet Access, region free Blu Ray player and simplified remote for easy navigation. Fully air conditioned, plus a gas log fireplace in the living room. Downstairs is a second lounge room / kids retreat which has a 50” HD Smart TV with Netflix, a region free Blu Ray player, couch, comfy chairs and plenty of room to play. Here you will also find a good selection of board games, books, kids toys and DVDs for you to use during your stay. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and surround sound is available throughout the property. Bedrooms The four bedrooms are all located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 11 people. These rooms each have their own reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating system which allows each guest to choose the temperature they prefer for their room. Each room also has a ceiling fan (other than bedroom 4 for safety reasons due to the bunk beds). Quality linen is provided for your comfort. We provide one bath towel and face washer per person for your stay as well as hand towels in each of the bathrooms and powder rooms. Complimentary body wash, hand wash and toilet paper are also provided. - The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet & double basin. - Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower, bath & basin. - Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, toilet & double basin. - Powder Room 1 (downstairs) has a toilet & basin. - Powder Room 2 (upstairs) has a toilet & basin. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and clothes dryer in the laundry. There is a clothes rack available to hang your clothes and complimentary washing detergent and fabric softener. Outside This stunning beach house is only a five minute walk to the bay front beach, but with a sun drenched pool, north facing lawn area and large terrace with beautiful bay water views, you may never want to leave. Downstairs: There are three sun loungers next to the pool for you to soak up the sun, as well as a six seater outdoor sofa on the deck offering a shaded spot to relax. A few steps down from the pool is the fully fenced lawn area where you could lay in the sun, run about or play a game of soccer. Upstairs: The large terrace is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, alfresco dining or sunset drinks. The oversized outdoor lounge and dining table that can seat 8 people gives you plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful views across Blairgowrie and Port Philip Bay. And if you feel like cooking a BBQ, the in-built 6 burner BBQ is ready for your use. Parking: the two car garage is available for you to use during your stay. There is additional off-street parking for 1-2 cars as well as free street parking. **Please note: the driveway leading up to the house is steep. Please drive up/down the driveway slowly and cautiously. Guests with mobility issues may find it difficult to walk up and down. Guest access We hope you have a great time at our beach house and ask that you treat our home and belongings with care and respect. You will have full private access to the indoor and outdoor areas of the property excluding a storeroom upstairs and linen cupboard downstairs. **IMPORTANT VISITOR INFORMATION** * Guests must read & follow the Code of Conduct under the Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Local Law. This will be included in the rental agreement. * The maximum number of people who can gather at the property is limited to the Rental Party only. No additional people (including visitors) may gather at the property unless prior approval has been received from the Homeowner and could result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a request to immediately vacate the premises. * Strictly NO parties or events and no schoolies. Our house is in a quiet residential street, so we ask that you be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 11PM. Gatherings involving people other than the guests staying in the house, anti-social behaviour and / or loud music late at night are forbidden and could result in forfeiture of the security bond and a request to immediately vacate the premises. * Check-in is any time after 3PM. * Check-out by 11AM unless otherwise arranged. * Please note: the driveway leading up to the house is steep. Please drive up/down the driveway slowly and cautiously. Guests with mobility issues may find it difficult to walk up and down the driveway.
