With good cross ventilation throughout, the apartment's balcony is also triple glazed and all the other windows are double glazed with block-out blinds. Set on a higher+north facing floor, you get the amazing distant view of valleys, NIB and OPTUS stadium while working away on your laptop in the study nook or sip your favourite coffee in our relaxing, cosy balcony decked in vertical garden. Our space is artistically curated to our taste+lifestyle. The art pieces and designer furnitures are few of our many personal collection. We always keep our bedding clean and provide fresh bedlinens at every check-in. The space is equipped with a powerful 7KW air conditioner/heater and ceiling fans! The kitchen is fully equipped should you need some light cooking. Otherwise, save the fuss as there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and taverns downstairs. Designed to sleep 4 people, this cosy apartment is ready for a family trip or 2 couples travelling together, business or leisure. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. However, we also have a big sofa bed (queen bed size with bedding necessities stored underneath it) in the living room which can accomodate additional two adults comfortably if needed. Please notify us in advance if you need to use the sofa bed. We will demonstrate how to turn the sofa into a comfortable bed. The MASTER BEDROOM is suitable for two people, with a comfortable queen sized bed. There is a space for a portable baby cot which can be arranged by prior request (Baby highchair and baby bathtub as well). The industrial styled SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds and it sleeps two people comfortably. Rejuvenate yourselves after a long day in our large rain shower. You can also wash your laundry and iron your clothes in the big bathroom. Drying rack is also provided for balcony use. The apartment is fully furnished and set up for your stay including all necessities, 48inch Smart TV, a bluetooth speaker, coffee table books+city guide book, basic cooking condiments, iron+ironing board, hair dryer+hair straightener, kitchen appliances such as dish washer, oven, induction cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, shampoo+conditioner+body wash+hand soap, dish+laundry detergent and complimentary coffee, tea and milk, unlimited wifi and Netflix. Guest access You are entitled to the entire floor space in our apartment. There is one designated car bay for our guests. Second car will have to park at the paid parking via meter on the verge or all day at the nearby Wilson Parking ot CPP (Info available in the guidebook). All guests will be greeted upon arrival by the host and a keycard and a remote control will be given to access the secured+gated carpark. Self check-in is only available in the wee hours or when the host is held up with urgent matters. The host will inform you where the key lock is. You will be given a new 4 digit code for the key lock upon arrival. There is an intercom located at the main entrance of the building. Otherwise, message me and I will be there at the gate waiting for you. Please text me 30mins prior to your arrival. Other things to note Check-in time is at after 1pm, can be flexible depending on availability. Early check-in and late check-out must be confirmed and will be charged at an additional cost of half day published rate+ per head. Check-out time is by 10am. Extended check-out time must be requested subject to availability (depending on the arrival of the next guests). We are happy to supply you with some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Potential noise on Friday and Saturday night. Storage room is available for FREE within the apartment for all your luggages if needed upon check-out or before check-in. Please notify the host if you need to use the storage room before check-in or after check-out time. The host will provide you an instruction. If you’re staying more than a week (long term stay) and would like a change of linen+towels or house cleaning/tidy every week or fortnightly, please request in advance and an additional cost will be charged.
