The villa is composed of two adjacent and independent housing units for a total internal surface of about 150 square meters. It has a big living and dining area with a fireplace, a comfortable double sofa bed, large kitchen adjacent to the living area with electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Sleeping area with two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary. A complete bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
