Beautiful penthouse with large sunny terrace in the center of Morro Jable . The apartment is in a privileged position, within walking distance of all amenities and restaurants . The fantastic beach of Morro Jable is just 300 meters away, less than 5 minutes walking. The apartment is the perfect place to stay if you do not want to use the car. The space Large, comfortable and bright apartment of 74 m2 in the center of Morro Jable, fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The penthouse has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a large sunny terrace with a pergola that provides shade to the outside dining area. The rooms have double beds, wardrobes and bedside tables to keep your clothes tidy. The living room is spacious and bright, with satellite television (Astra), which includes many channels in German, and some in other languages like English or French. Also it tunes the usual Spanish channels. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything needed to cook comfortably. It also has a small table where 4 people can sit. The bathroom has tub, toilet and bidet. The large terrace has 50 m 2 and overlooks the pedestrian street of Morro Jable, and a slight view to the mountains of Barranco del Ciervo and the ocean as well. As it is a penthouse the terrace gets sun most of the day, so it is ideal for sunbathing and enjoy the wonderful weather of Fuerteventura. It also has a dining area with pergola where you can enjoy your meals outside but at the shade. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, also linen and towels. Guest access - Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. For stays longer than 10 nights a weekly cleaning is included, with change of linens and towels. If even so, you would like a higher frequency of cleaning that the one included in the price, this extra would be priced 12€ per hour. However, for stays shorter than 7 nights, 50 € will be charged for the final cleaning. - For each guest a bathrobe and a beach towel is provided. - Internet wi-fi is offered for free as a courtesy to our guests. Please be advised that the telephonic infraestructure in the area is far from good, so it is possible that some interruptions in the service may occur. - If you book with us, and if you wish, we would send you at your email (only for certain accounts) an invitation to a virtual Map made by us, with a lot of recommendations and suggestions on where to eat and what to do and visit in the south of the island. Other things to note The time of check-in is usually between 16:00 and 20:00. We can welcome you later than 20:00 but then it would have an additional charge of 20 €, which should be paid in cash upon arrival.
