JACs 4 bedroom lodge is situated Nr Newquay within open, landscaped gardens, home to a wide range of holiday cottages, two swimming pools, gym , a traditional pub, a modern café, outdoor play areas and huge recreational spaces for non-stop playing. All facilities included in the price. Set in the Cornish countryside, only 6 miles from the popular surf town of Newquay and its spectacular beaches including Fistral, the famous surfing beach. Newquay boasts many cafes, restaurants and bars. The space The lodge has four-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, As you enter the front door you will walk onto the open plan living, dining kitchen area. The lounge has comfortable seating with 3 sofas, TV. The dining table and chairs accommodate 8/10. The kitchen has everything you need including Dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer. There is no WM but there are self service WMs on site for you to use. On the ground floor you will also find there’s access to the 1st of the bathrooms with shower room and toilet and right next door the first of the four double bedrooms. From the ground floor Stairs lead to the 1st floor where you will find Bedroom 2 the master bedroom which has a king-size bed along with ensuite (2nd bathroom), This bedroom also has Juliette balcony doors. The 3rd bedroom is a double room and the 4th Bedroom a twin bedroom, On the same floor you will a 3rd family bathroom complete with a jacuzzi corner bath and a separate walk-in shower. Bed linen plus duvets and pillows are included but we do not provide towels for use during your stay, please remember to bring your own. To sleep 9th and 10th person we will provide small pull out beds with all the bedding. If you have booked for the 9th and 10th person these will be included in the price. he Lodge is set within open, landscaped gardens Patio area to each house with picnic table Complex amenities are just a few steps away from the property. Guest access The accommodation once booked is entirely yours to use throughout your stay. It has been set up as a holiday home and therefore there are no personal things around and should have everything you need to enjoy your break Guests will be able to access all of the accommodation. Guests also have access to all the public areas on site including the leisure facilities, entertainment and so much more as these are included in the price.
