This Beautiful Apartment, it is located in a quiet community in the heart of Wayne county. We are located between the Beautiful Capitol Reef National Park to the East And Fish Lake national forest to North with Dixie National Forest to the South. We are located within a mile at the grocery store, gas stations, and the Country Café. The Loa Park is minutes away for kids to play or just to relax. WiFi is available, with air conditioning, The space Our wonderful property has been a key part of tourism on Main Street in Loa, The Hub of Wayne county since the 1950’s beginning with the Greens Motel building sitting at the rear of the property (Currently under renovations to add an additional 3 high end Suites) the Addition of the Wayne’s World Motel sitting street side in the mid 60’ turned this property into a long successful business well into the 1990’s The property was again updated to include an owners retreat to the second story above the Main Street motel. Larger hotels coming into the area prompted the property to convert to a small boutique hotel in 2000’s until we purchased the property in 2019 to begin a wonderful adventure. After a years long renovation we had completed our vision of the property as a mix of much needed long term rentals for seasonal workers and our short term nightly suites. We loved the area so much we took up full time residence in the owners retreat and are able to meet wonderful guests from all over the country! Guest access Guests are more then welcome to use the multiple Patios, Fenced yard, Clubhouse, Sauna, coin op laundry, picnic area, fire pit, Swings and hammock.
