Modern single storey house of 105m² with beautiful view, not overlooked in Montfaucon for you alone with 4 bedrooms where you book between 5 to 10 people maximum, with: double terrace 60m², 2 bathrooms, toilets, kitchen overlooking dining room dining room (2 tables), 2 seater convertible sofa, stove and living room (tv). Fiber Wi-Fi. Cot on request. Kitchen: equipment and crockery available Very quiet area. Cancellation possible 24 hours before the date No invitations or loud parties The space You will have the house to yourself except the garage. The house is located in a recent and quiet subdivision with a view of the fields and has an equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, microwave, refrigerator) The swimming pool is accessible and located out of sight. Located at an altitude of 450 m, the temperature in Montfaucon in hot weather is 5 to 9 degrees lower than in Besançon. Parking is possible in front of my garage. Bus stop and bread store 300 meters away. Autonomous check-in. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra steps to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each booking. The house is cleaned after each departure with a vaporeto (100 degree steam which kills germs). Sheets and towels are available and washed at 60 degrees, if you want you can bring your own. Parties and invitations are strictly prohibited, please choose another accommodation to party. Guest access Access to the 3 bedrooms of the house that you have reserved except my garage where I store my things. The house number is 18b, it is written on the letterbox and visible on my garage door. The driveway that leads to my garage is gray pebbles and you can park your car there. However, be careful with low cars, if you are loaded it is better to let the passengers get off, so that your car does not touch the sidewalk. During your stay I am available for all your questions, if in doubt about the use of household equipment (induction hob, oven, heating, TV, swimming pool ...), you can ask me for advice, you don't bother me. I leave you complete freedom in the accommodation and outside. I will be happy to chat with you over coffee. Other things to note Before each departure, you must make sure that the door is properly locked, if the door is not closed and there is damage to the house, you will bear the financial consequences. It is important that everyone respects the tranquility of the place (no noise pollution) and the instructions of the internal regulations during your stay (do not put the heating above 21 degrees during the day. If you are present for several days, you can lock your room door with a key, but do not forget to put the key back on the door on the day of your departure. For any breakage and any damage caused (which is very very rare but an accident can always happen ..), you must contact me and you agree, having booked, to give me the contact details of your personal insurance. On the day of your departure, if you accidentally get dirty on the floor, there is a brush near the patio door. If you've got the fridge dirty, don't forget to give it a sponge.
