This house was originally built in 1830 on the edge of Saint-Puy. It was been tastefully renovated in 2019 in a way that preserves and highlights the beautiful details of the original house while bringing it up to our modern standards. Huge garden and swimming pool with 2 terraces and outdoor dining area as well as a shaded patio make a wonderful place to relax w friends and family. The village itself is vibrant and lively w great restaurants, a boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie and some lovely shops to visit. There is a lovely covered square in the middle of the village, 3 restaurants (Chez Vous, right on the square, La Bottega, just around the corner and Terre Blanche, at the edge of town) all offering great food and authentic local cuisine. Additionally there is a Boulangerie, Epicerie (small grocery store), Pharmacy, Hair Salon and a chic new clothing boutique (Boheme Paradise) so you have everything you need just in town. The larger town of Condom is 15 mn away by car where there are large supermarkets and other amenities. Enjoy visiting all the beautiful villages, historic sites, restaurants, wineries and markets of this untouched region from the perfect home base in St. Puy.
