It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1700 Sq ft. and perfect for a family or group of 6, It is located down the East side of the Lake . It is approximately a 1.5 mile walk to the downtown village center or less than 5 minutes by car. Other things to note Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D. Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc. Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found).
