The main door and a second window door connect the living room with the outside patio and the garden with BBQ, from which you can see a partial view of the Tuscan coast. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. A spacious double bedroom (large bed 160x190), a bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, complete the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, directly in the hallway. You can also access the first floor from the outside parking by of 10 steps. In the first floor you will find the living room with a large windows overlooking the sea, three chairs, three-seater sofa, reading area with armchair, TV (free channels) and fireplace (use decorative). The main door access on a terrace with a panoramic view and relax area with sofa and armchair and a table for your sea view dinner. The fully equipped kitchen with table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a rustic sink masonry, has an enviable panoramic view.
