Ideally located, a 5-minute walk from Saint-Sauveur, 1 km from Les Soux Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Just renovated and enlarged, it is bathed in light, all day long. Each decorative element has been carefully chosen, often found in thrift stores. It consists of a large living room of 38 m2, facing west, open to a kitchen of 15 m2... a fully equipped back kitchen completes this space. 2 distinct sleeping areas can comfortably accommodate 2 families, each with 2 bedrooms. The 1st includes a children's room with bunk bed, books and games, and a second equipped with 2 90 cm beds, twin beds, with toilet area. A separate shower room and toilet complete it. The 2nd offers a master bedroom with a double bed of 140, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 and an attic (allowed only for children over 8 years old), with 2 extra beds. A bathroom and toilet complete this space. A 3rd bathroom will discreetly welcome you outdoors. You will enjoy the pleasure of breakfast in the sun or a coffee taken on the wall of the south/south east facing terrace, on the same level as the kitchen. You will undoubtedly enjoy even more the 2nd, large terrace, facing west, without any opposite. The sun will shine on you until it sets in summer. Your children can play at leisure in the garden, with a total area of 1200 m2. We will leave available garden tables, parasol, bbq, deckchairs. On rainy days, TV, Apple TV and DVD player will keep your children entertained. The wifi is operational, 2 bedrooms are equipped with a table and a chair, quiet.
