We are minutes from New Preston, Litchfield County's most charming town, with shops, gourmet market & restaurants. The house is surrounded by hiking trails and 0.8 miles from Lake Waramaug with beaches, kayaking, swimming & picnics. The space The Barn space was designed for comfort and relaxation. The contemporary style blended with some countryside character was created for most travelers looking for large space in a peaceful environment. There is a library in the great room with an assortment of books, magazines and games. There is also a deck for outdoor grilling, dining, lounging and enjoyment. In the den you'll find a ping pong table and a 65” TV for your entertainment. Guest access All spaces of the house are available to our guests. Great room, dining room, kitchen, den, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and garage. We keep a couple of supply closets and utilities rooms locked.
