Granny House on the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park is a spacious eco-friendly farmhouse on the old pack horse route from Gargrave to Settle. Step back in time, enjoy great design, a chef's kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, shower and bathroom with pastural panoramic views from every window. Your garden is spacious and pretty, there are often sheep and cows in the surrounding fields. The night sky is dark for star gazing. You will have a piano, a guitar and wifi is super fast. To prepare Granny House for you, it will be treated to an enhanced cleaning routine in between each booking. Be assured that we are doing everything we can to help you have an enjoyable stay. This includes sensible measures to protect you, us and the people who follow you. Granny House is very spacious surrounded by beautiful views from all windows. If the sun is shining in Bell Busk it will shine on Granny House from early morning until the sun sets. We are not in the shade. Guest access You will be staying in the farmhouse part of this Yorkshire Laithe (not in the barn end) so go up to the far end on the East side of the building. You will enjoy private parking for 3 cars via a private entrance to your holiday cottage and a private garden. Please enter and leave via the white side door. Please close the gates to keep out any nosey sheep and cows. Other things to note Granny House is ideally located with easy access onto fast roads or country lanes. There is a wood burner, designer kitchen, piano and guitar, panoramic views, shower and roll top bath, pretty gardens, many leaflets detailing attractions that are either local or within 60 minutes drive from here. We are business ready with super fast broadband, a laptop friendly workplace, iron and hair dryer. Nearest pub/ bar is 1.5 miles. Granny House has many eco-friendly credentials such as solar panels and energy efficient appliances. If you have an electric vehicle please advise us before arrival so we can set up an account for you on the charger. An app records your usage and we shall ask you to pay for the electricity you have used to charge your cars before you leave.
