Conveniently located steps away from two lifts. Enjoy the convenience of skiing directly back to your doorstep and relish a walkable distance to the Sugarloaf Brewhaus. The space Convenience plays a pivotal role in this offering. Positioned along the shuttle route (winter season), this 1-bedroom condo provides effortless access to transportation with the lift just steps away. Boasting an open-concept design integrating the kitchen and living room, the unit offers a small deck off the living area, providing picturesque views of Sugarloaf. The condo encompasses a full bathroom and a private bedroom, furnished with a new king-size bed and a bunk bed set. Despite its compact size, the unit is fully equipped to meet your needs and is conveniently situated near various amenities, including the Sugarloaf Brewhaus and the Sugarloaf Fitness Center, located just across the street. While we are not directly associated with the Fitness Center, they extend access to pools, a gym, and indoor hot tubs for a fee. During the winter season, residents can benefit from the complimentary shuttle service for convenient transportation around the mountain, with on-call services available in the evenings. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. Please be respectful of any locked closets for owners quarters. There is a coin operated washer/dryer located downstairs in Timberwind condos.
