Here, you can start the day with a hike in the Rabaçal area and end with a dip in the crystal-clear waters of Jardim do Mar. If you prefer to stay at home, you will have the possibility to alternate between dips in the private pool and snacks on the barbecue. With two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, this house has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is ideal for a family vacation or a couple's vacation. It has all the necessary amenities and a superb view. It also has a private parking space. THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS Located in the west zone, this house is in the sunniest area of Madeira Island. About a 5-minute drive away is the center of Calheta, where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket. In Calheta, there is the Museum of Contemporary Art, a fantastic architectural work. Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are about a 10-minute drive away. These two small villages offer their own beach, animation and beauty. Closer, in the vicinity, you will find small restaurants and grocery stores. TRANSPORTATION The best option to get to this house will be the transfer. Ask us to schedule one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the house. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always available to help or answer questions. Contact us via mobile numbers or email. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. OTHER NOTES - Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 years or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights at a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Close to your arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, high chair and baby bath if needed.
