Enjoy the wonderful views and breeze from one of the few spacious two bedroom, two bath condos at our resort. Discover the secluded Sugar Beach at the end of the nature trail in our 15-acre island preserve. Three pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside. You'll enjoy award-winning dining at our two restaurants, Oceans 180 and Sun and Sea/on ocean. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right outside your door! Scuba, jet ski, swim, or just take in the views and read a book. The space Our unit has 1200 square foot of private living space. Large bedrooms and a large living area in addition to a very private deck overlooking the ocean with an Easterly view of St John and the British Virgin Islands. Point Pleasant resort has full backup power from the lights to our water filtration plant. Guest access We are not part of the Point Pleasant hotel program, but you will have access to all of the amenities except hotel staff support, we provide that support. There is free parking on the property just a short walk from the villa. We do have a free on site shuttle that runs morning to early evening. The hiking trails on the property are well maintained and great exercise. Other things to note We are avid snorkelers and divers. You will find beach and snorkeling gear in the condo. There are several nice snorkeling and diving spots a short hike away. Opening in December 2022 we will have Mermaids Den and they will offer everything from paddle boards to catamaran expeditions.
