Seascape Villa Ericeira with terraces and pool

Our stunning 5 bedroom family villa which we have recently refurbished the outside rear area (April 2019). We have landscaped the two large garden areas one being around the pool with anti slip tiles, sun lounge area which is fantastic for catching the sun all day as well as a new upper terrace which is off the kitchen area and also fantastic for bbq's, dining, chilling out and catching some sun. Both of these areas have stunning views of the valley and sea. The space The villa is not over looked, very private gardens and safe for families and groups who wish to have a relaxing time away with beautiful views of the valleys of Foz do Lizandro and also views of the beach. Seascape Villa is equipped throughout to ensure you enjoy a wonderful stay: Wi-Fi, Netflix connected TV as well a large Miele kitchen for those off you who love to cook whilst away with well equipped cupboards full of utensils, cookware. table wear, coffee machine and electric blender / juicer. The layout of the villa is over three floors, upon entering the villa on the top floor you have three large rooms which consist of a king size bed, a super king bed and the third room which can either be two singles or a double bed / cot room. All of the bedrooms can fit a travel cot as well for families staying in the villa. The super king room has its own ensuite, whilst the other two rooms have their own bathrooms next door to them one with a shower and the other with a bath. All the bedrooms on the top floor have built in wardrobes and views over Foz do Lizandro hills and the villa garden. The two other rooms are then split over the two lower floors next to the kitchen and sitting room area. These two rooms are outside of the property, the double room is next to the kitchen with its own door from just outside the kitchen which over looks the large sun terrace. The 5th room is a large annex underneath the villa which is on the same level as the pool and lower garden level this is accessed via the steps in the garden to the pool. This room has its own large shower ensuite as well as mini kitchen, this room also has two small double sofas. The annex can accommodate a cot as well as a camp bed for slightly older children if required. Our main living room has some of the most spectacular views over the valleys and is perfect for chilling and watching the world go by. For those that come out of season the sitting room has a large open fire which is so cosy on a winters night in front of the tv with a nice bottle of Portuguese wine. St Juliao beach is within walking distance from the villa has some lovely cafes whilst Foz do Lizandro beach is a 5 minute drive which has a surf school as well as a mixture of bars / cafe's. On certain days one of the bar's has a fantastic sushi menu. Within 10 minutes you will be in Ericeira town which has some fantastic bars, shops and cafes. We have a guest folder in the villa which has a list of contact numbers, cards and leaflets of our favourite places to go to. * The pool is 8 metres in length and has beautiful views. It can be heated on request for €200 per stay. **The villa is also equipped with a high chair, baby bath and for those little people a smaller toilet seat. Cot's and additional beds will need to be requested.** *** Once we have accepted your booking it is with the understanding that you have taken out relevant travel insurance in the event that you cannot attend your booking for any reason due to COVID or other reasons for not being able to come to the villa*** Guest access We have a dedicated property manager who will meet and greet you on arrival, his details will be sent to you on confirmation of the booking. For late arrivals we also have a key code box so you can gain access to the villa. Other things to note We do provide 1x bath towel per person and 1 hand towel for each bathroom. Any extra pool towels can be requested but is a chargable service and payable to the property manager directly at the property. If you travel with a baby please inquire about the availability and price for a travel cot for your stay. There is a fire place at the property, however wood fire is not provided and we would recommend to purchase these if you wish to use the fire place. Registration Details Exempt
