"AMAZING VIEWS" is the star phrase of our guests after visiting our 180m2 Villa, because thanks to the fact that the house is almost entirely filled with large windows, it allows you to appreciate the wonderful details that surround the island in which it is located. Fantastic views of the sea, sunsets, the Valley of La Orotava, El Teide and Puerto de la Cruz are the perfect allies of the Villa. On the third floor, we find another master suite with integrated space for showers and bathrooms and a completely private terrace. In addition, the Villa has four large terraces, one on the first floor, where there is a private pool, barbecue and outdoor furniture for guests, two more on the second floor with which to enjoy unique sunsets and another on the last one that presents more privacy. Regarding the services offered by the Villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the basic accessories for it. In addition, it has a Wi-Fi connection and a large 60'' SMART TV with international channels, NEXTFLIX and FREE Internet. The house has an ideal geographical location to see the most important areas of the island such as El Teide, the Orotava Valley or the coast, complemented by Puerto de la Cruz and the wonderful sunsets that can be seen from any space of the Villa. It should be noted that from different points of the house you can enjoy them, due to the large windows you have. There is a children's play area with different toys and books for them. There is a private garage inside the house, with a total of three seats. There is a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, facing the pool area and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the wonderful views while sharing an exquisite evening. The Villa is also close to shops for basic needs and recreational and dining spaces, highlighting the proximity of a 10-minute drive to tourist areas such as El Puerto de La Cruz or La Orotava. Guest access The Villa is completely private, so guests can access all areas freely: the pool, barbecue, parking (2 places), high terrace with sofas overlooking the ocean, romantic terrace in the room space to enjoy a sunset, etc. Other things to note Luxury Villa Puerto de la Cruz is located in Santa Úrsula, a municipality 5 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. A few meters from the Villa, we can find different well-known restaurants ("El Calderito de la Abuela" and "La Bodeguita de enfrente") that have typical food of the island, small supermarkets and, one kilometer away, different shops (Large supermarkets [LIDL, Mercadona ...], pharmacy, cafes, etc. The island is an ideal place to practice water sports, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle surfing, diving or simply enjoy the wonderful beaches. You can also take boat trips, where you can see whales and dolphins. Enjoy a wonderful landscape with driving and hiking routes, taking advantage of the island's perfect climate.
