A-Frame of Arrowbear; stunning cabin w/ epic view

Central AC. All season A Frame cabin with easy access, flat parking & 90 miles from LA. Mid Century A Frame with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountains. One of a kind gas fireplace. Spacious deck, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill. 200+mbps internet, stereo system, smart speaker, Netflix, and smart TV. The space Sleeping arrangements. Bedroom is down stair and it has a queen size bed. Upstairs is a good size loft with a queen bed with the view outside. Loft also has a futon to sit or sleep on. Cooking arrangement. Fully stocked kitchen also comes a whole set pots and pans, knives, magic bullet blender, waffle maker, spice rack, small kitchen tools like can opener, wine opener are all included in the house. Coffee supplies and filtered coffee maker in the kitchen as well. Heating/Cooling Gas fireplace for ambient only and it doesn't warm up the cabin. It has a switch next to the fireplace to turn on and off easily. There is a central heater, A/C to for the whole house with the thermostat in the hallway. Outdoor. For grilling, please use the RED one on the deck. I have 3 propane tanks for grill but I do not provide propane. If there are some leftovers, please feel free to use them. If not, you may have to refill propane at the nearby market. Entertainment. TV in the living room is a smart TV with multiple apps. YouTube TV which has hundreds of cable channels. You will have plenty of options to watch your favorite show. There is a smart speaker for music. Guest access Entire house, main level and loft.
