This is indeed how one feels walking down the stairs to the house! You have a heavenly view of the sparkling sea seen through the palm trees and lush gardens. You can also enjoy special rates for transfer from the airport and concierge services on request (Local food and wine tasting, sunset cocktails, island sightseeing, restaurant reservations, car rental at competitive rates, chauffeur driven VIP vans) The space The house is situated at the south of the island which is protected by the north winds and it offers the visitors the best of both worlds, that is complete peace and quiet when needed but within easy access to the wild Mykonos nights...The property is 120 sq.m. within an area called Leno Estate in the Paraga area, 5 minutes drive to the town center. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden with palm trees and it has a very large communal swimming pool shared by three more villas. The veranda has a magnificent sea view, overlooking three beaches (Paraga, Agia Anna and Platys Gialos). The distance from Paraga beach is 5 minutes by car. The house is very near the ring-road which leads to the port, the airport and the other beaches. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room couch opens up to a large double bed. The upstairs bedroom features its own terrace and breathtaking view of the sea. There's also a (fully functional) fireplace and an open plan kitchen. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note that you need a car to be able to enjoy your holidays as buses and taxis in Mykonos are sparse, especially during high season. However, I can arrange car transfers for you if you don't want to drive. There is parking space right outside the house. The house is ideal for families due to the big garden, the pool and the absence of cars, but also for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and be able to visit the lively downtown area in a few minutes. There is also a small, beautiful church in our estate. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, the veranda, the private garden, the shared pool, the pool loungers, the surrounding gardens and the parking area. Other things to note We have 3 bedrooms with proper double beds for 6 people. Two additional guests can sleep on a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room, which also turns into a double bed.
