Cosy coastal cottage, walk to beach/pub/SW path

Beautifully renovated cottage on Helford River and SW coast path. Stroll to hidden beaches, paddle-board or swim steps from the door. Light-filled, stylish retreat in this area of natural beauty. Two tranquil bedrooms - ample storage, feather & down bedding. Shop, pub, and café just a 5-minute walk away. The space Pretty, whitewashed end of terrace cottage, newly renovated, in beautiful Helford, on SW coastal path. Contemporary and stylish. Sleeps maximum 4 adults in one double and one twin room. There is no garden but space outside to store paddle boards and kayaks. Guest access Key box entry to whole cottage, apart from the terraced garden behind the cottage which belongs to the neighbours and is strictly out of bounds - please do not go up the side steps atall. Thank you. Other things to note Under 12 years by agreement at booking please, house is unsuitable for young children. Helford is only accessible by car, the roads are very narrow so do be prepared to reverse on narrow lanes! For less confident drivers there is a pay and display car park before entering Helford village which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. I do not have a parking space however out of high season there is usually free on street parking on the other side of the creek. Please do not ever park on the space directly outside the house (with boats) as that belongs to my neighbour. The double bed is on a raised platform and is only accessible from one side as it is built against the wall, please see pictures. The village shop (9-12pm) and pub have seasonal hours most of the year, you can order papers, milk and bread at the shop. There is a large Sainsbury's and Tesco on your way though Helston for initial grocery shop or Waitrose at Truro.
