Welcome to Gîte Ker Ysa in the Gulf of Morbihan! This captain's house with views of the sea and nature, is located on the Séné peninsula, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, on the heights of a typical fishing village. The Ker Ysa cottage is located in an area of heritage interest including the building. This way, it will seduce you with its calmness and the charm of its restoration in the spirit of "family home" while being 7 minutes from the port of Vannes. It comes with a 7-seater Spa. The space Rated 4 stars by "Etoiles de France" and surrounded by a private garden of 400 m2 enclosed by walls, the house of about 140 m2 is on 3 levels and offers 10 beds (10 adults for 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). All but one of the rooms overlook the quiet garden with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The house is equipped with fiber optics and there is an office in each room to facilitate teleworking if needed. The living room has a bluetooth amplifier with speakers built into the ceiling for a better sound. The house opens onto a living room with a flat-screen TV (WiFi connected with Netflix) and a library (books and board games), a dining area (12 seats) and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also includes a toilet and a closet with washing machine/dryer. On the 1st floor are 3 independent bedrooms and a family bathroom (2 sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet): The pink room with two of 80 that can be merged, the green room with a bed of 160 and the blue room with a bed of 140. The 2nd floor consists of an independent toilet and 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a bed of 160, with each its bathroom with shower. The cottage Ker Ysa benefits from a terrace of 40m2 facing south on the garden and the countryside with a garden furniture, a teak table and its 12 chairs, 8 Lafuma sunbathing chairs, 8 sunbeds, a BBQ Weber, 2 umbrellas and a HotSpring Spa "pulse" of 49 jets including 7 seats. Guest access Gîte Ker Ysa is located 7 km from the port of Vannes (2 km as the crow flies!) and all that the historic center of this beautiful city has to offer. From the house, you can also enjoy, on foot or by bike, the many coastal and walking paths (47 km to walk in Sené) and discover the Gulf of Morbihan with its small smugglers and its docks to go to the islands (Île d 'Arz, Île aux Moines). The Sené swamp nature reserve will allow you to observe and get to know the birds of the Gulf. You can go to the village (2 km) on foot or by bike. A typical fishermen's bar is located 50 meters from the house with bread storage and press. Séné is a 1-hour drive from Nantes and Rennes. Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath sheets for jaccuzi) are included in the rental price.
