The media, lights, heating and facilities are run by i-Pad configuration. All media can be easily accessed without any remote controls. You have 8 TVs plus 2 large screens for beamers. Every room has loudspeakers in the ceiling. There is one main kitchen in the groundfloor. Fully equipped. The outside terrasse has a glas table with 8 chairs-swivel-rockers and is extra heating by infrared. Guest access You will receive your own doorkey and transponder-keys for the duration of your stay. You enter your Villa either by the main entrance or by the separate entrance. You can come and go at any time as you please. You have access to the whole house including the 1700 sqm garden with two terraces and a sun deck at the pond. The outside terrasse has a glas table with 8 chairs-swivel-rockers and has extra 10 KW heating by infrared. In the garden the children can use the whole playground around the big tree house, which has electric heating, stereo, sofa and painting table. From above, the long slide goes directly into the sandpit. The large 4-kids-swing and the trampoline are in high demand. Or jump into the pond and have a warm outdoor-shower afterwards. Other things to note The daily-/weekly-/monthly price includes all tourism taxes, electricity, gas, water, free internet and free landline phone to over 50 countries. It is strictly prohibited to call to countries that are not listed or to call to mobile phones. Payments will be made on Airbnb in advance. A deposit is not required. There will be no other extra charges. All our old, but functioning bicycles for children and adults that we have are available for your free use.
