We're only 4.1 miles from Beaver stadium, walking distance to Wegman's, and right on the Cata bus line. The space This adorable two-story house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Wegman's, Target, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Road House, and Olive Garden. Right on the Cata bus route to campus and with close access to 322, it is convenient in every direction. The courtyard is in the style of an English cottage garden with a pond, gas grill and fire-pit. Inside boasts charming bright colors and all the amenities you could ask for, with plenty of space for everyone. There are four bedrooms. These include a beautiful master bedroom with king bed, with a smaller ajoining bedroom perfect for children. A bright guest bedroom also occupies the second floor, with desk space for studying. The comfortable finished basement holds a full bed in addition to weight equipment and a recumbent bicycle. Both basement and living room are large enough to support an air mattress each. With books enough for a library, widescreen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen this beautiful house is your home-away-from-home. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our courtyard, fire-pit, and small garden in the backyard. Depending on the season there will be raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, tomatoes, peppers, lettuces and herbs, all of which our guests are welcome to enjoy. Pets and children welcome!
