Vacation in the old school

95sqm old house (4 pers.) in a charming village between Saumur and Bourgueil. Large field with its huge lime tree south to the house, and a small courtyard on its North side opposite the public parking lot. The space Accomodation This former school which offers comfort, calm and space with its 95 m² to accommodate 4 pers is situation within the village, close to the 12h century church and the 15th century prieuré, both buildings listed as French Heritage. The school was built around 1900 by my great grand father with the lighting standards of the time (large windows, high ceilings) and transformed a dozen years ago into a dwelling house. The antique furniture and family objects give it a quaint old school charm in the second sense of the word! Guest access The house offers a spacious living room with antique furniture from my family, a dining room with modern furniture, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed 140x190 with dressing room and shower room ensuite on ground floor and a second bedroom on the 1rst floor with simple beds and a second bathroom with washing drying machine. On the mezzanin, a TV corner with an old fashioned armchair and a foam mattress that can be transformed in an extra bed. An extra room for personal storage is not available. We also provide: - bed linen (bed made before your arrival) for covid precautions please unfold the beds ans put sheets and towels into linen basket - TV, WIFI - Dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, washing and drying machine A crepe and electric barbecue are at your disposal Table and chairs for the garden
