Spacious villa with private swimming pool

Villa Ilijana is a spacious outstanding villa, situated in a small village Djurasevici, on the Lustica peninsula. It is set in a perfectly quiet surrounding, assuring maximum privacy and great comfort. It is it is a perfect place whether you wish to enjoy the nature and relax by the fabulous pool or explore the wild beauty of Montenegro. The space This spacious and comfortable villa offers a private seasonal outdoor pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area and a sunny terrace surrounded by a garden with fruit and vegetables free to pick. Featuring free WiFi,air conditioning and free private parking on the site. Large 10m x 4m swimming pool with sun terrace is equipped with chaise lounges and poolside chairs. There is also a game area with ping pong table and trampoline and gym area for daily workout. The villa is fully equipped and it can accommodate up to ten people. The accommodation is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom. Please note that the second floor in the middle is closed and it is not available. In the attic there are two studio spaces with two gallery bedrooms without doors , two living rooms, two kitchenettes and two bathrooms. There is a big terrace with sea view and Mountain View. Towels and bed linens are provided. Along the road of the Lustica peninsula, you can enjoy a fantastic panorama with so many olive trees and if you wish to try some local products typical of Montenegro, such as traditional fish dishes, prosciutto, cheese or some traditional brandy “Rakija”, the host can provide it on request. If you are an early riser, you can watch the incredible sunrise beyond Mount Lovcen and enjoy watching how it wakes up the Boka bay. It's a really amazing scene. The place is so peaceful so that peace can only be “disrupt” by the birds' chirping. This perfect location allows you to visit so many beaches and places nearby. The villa is just five minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk from beautiful sandy beach Plavi Horizonti, and 7 min drive from Lustica Bay marina and village with bars, restaurants and local shops. We have four bikes included in the rent price if you prefer to move to the beach by bike and enjoy the beautiful panorama. There are bike and hiking trails to Plavi Horizonti Beach and Movida Beach and marked walking trail to the small fishing village of Bigova. A 10-minute walk from villa you can visit a beautiful village Mestrovici, created in the 15th century, which is also the host’s birthplace. Old stone houses are characteristics of the village and the incredible view of the Boka bay on one side and the open sea on the other. The villa is just 20min drive away from Tivat, Porto Montenegro and Kotor Old town, while the airport is Tivat is a 10 minutes’ drive away from the villa. On Lustica Peninsula you can enjoy Almara Beach, Zanjice beach, Mamula island, Blue Cave,Rose village … Note: Local tourist tax is not included in the price its payable after arrival. The residence tax is 1.00 euro per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay residence tax. Young people between 12 and 18 years pay half, i.e. 0.50 euros. The nearest tourist office is in Radovici , just 1km far away from the villa, it is open only in summer so in winter you need to go to Tivat center. You can register and pay the tax there bringing with yourself your passport .
