Vacation home Maria near Bamberg 150 sqm up to 9 people

My vacation home is located about 10 km from the world heritage city of Bamberg. The house has been renovated with a lot of love, is fully furnished, beautifully bright and modern (with country house flair). You have an entire house with a cozy terrace for you, of course with your own entrance. The baker is right around the corner, there is a grocery store, butcher, doctor and bank. Walsdorf has a bus connection to Bamberg and all around there are beautiful Franconian beer gardens, restaurants and natural bathing lakes The space The house is newly fenced and equipped with high-quality materials. In Haus Maria there are 3 separate bedrooms. A fourth bedroom can be booked in the annex ( Apartment Chamuel added). This allows a total of 9 people to stay at this property. The 7 people in the main house are as follows: There is a beautiful and cozy loft on the attic with 3 beds and a mattress. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and a cot, and there is also a private children's room with a normal-sized single bed with 1 x 2 m. We have children's dishes, high chairs and children's books and toys as well as stair gates in the house. In summer, the cozy terrace invites you to linger. The house is well suited for family reunions or small seminars. If 9 people want to stay, a separate room is added in the annex with a double bed and private bathroom (Apartment Chamuel). Please make sure to request before booking for more than 7 people so there is no double booking. Bed linen and towels should be brought by yourself or can be booked extra. House layout: 3 bedrooms, max 7 people and 2 cribs Layout Apartment Chamuel: 1 bedroom with double bed ( in the photos as bedroom 4 ) In addition, an apartment with 4 further beds is available about 50 m away. A parking strip is 10 m away. It is very important to me (since I have already had bad experiences) that no persons stay in the house or are invited who are not previously registered, that my address is not publicly distributed for advertising purposes on the Internet and that the rest periods are observed from 10 pm. Guest access depending on how many guests come, you can choose the bedroom. It is best to discuss this in person. When booking more than 7 people, please make sure to ask in advance so that there is no double booking. Other things to note 100 m further is a kindergarten. It might bother some when the children are outside to play.
