It is a particular cottage because the roof is made of grass. The detached house has a sunny garden, a large south-facing terrace and a private landing-stage in the beautiful river Reitdiep. In summer you can swim or fish here, whatever you want. The cottage offers you peace and a breathtaking view in all seasons and all weather types. Our grass roof house is 100 m 2 and is fully equipped for six people. The house is nice and comfy. There is underfloor heating, free Internet, a wood-burning stove, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms: two have a double bed (one with box spring), the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. There are a spacious living room, kitchen en bathroom. There is an excellent fiber optic internet connection throughout the house with a 100 Mbps download and a 100 Mbps upload. The minimum rental period is three nights. In high season, the minimum rental period is seven nights. Guest access The whole house is available for our guests.
