Unobtainable completely renovated farmhouse a few steps from Lake Garda, with 18 beds max and surrounded by 10,000 square meters of green. Suitable for groups of friends or big families who want to relax and stay together. It is forbitten to do parties or noise during night hours. Me and my family , we live together in a separate indipendent building in front of the cascina. The space Typical farmhouse fully restored, surrounded by 10,000 square meters of private garden with about 200 plants (including an orangery, an orchard and a vegetable garden) and able to accommodate up to 18 people at once. The main body is over 300 square meters disposed on three levels, with separate kitchen, living room with fireplace and table for 20 people, 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms furnished. Very large covered verandas and porches with barbeque area and churrascheria and large tables outside. Outside there are large mattresses, hammocks and lounge chairs where you can relax. Possibility to freely use the tennis court, the basketball hoop, the football table, the table tennis, the volleyball/volano net, the minisoccer field and some vintage bikes. The Cascina Serenella is situted in Calcinatello of Calcinato in the Province of Brescia, just a 10-minute drive from Lake Garda, from the center of the city of Brescia and Montichiari. The beds are now so willing: Ground floor: 1 double bed (for 2 people) in the master bedroom with private bath (Regina bedroom) 1 double sofa bed (for 2 people) on a studio connected to the master bedroom (Regina bedroom). First floor: 1 double bed (for 2 people) in the master bedroom with private bathroom (Sissi bedroom) 2 single beds in the bedroom connected to the master bedroom (Naomi bedroom) 2 singles in the other bedroom with private bathroom (Modesta bedroom). Second floor (for group larger then 12 people): 1 sofa bed on the living room+ 1 double bed + 1 single bed in the Giulia bedroom + 1 single bed in the Gio bedroom.
