The space Casa Serena is a Spanish colonial style, 5-bedroom and 3-bathroom mansion hidden away in the hills of Las Marias with all the amenities of a hotel, but with the look and feel of a farm hacienda. The views, the breeze, and the lush greenery, frame an all-around balcony with hammocks and rocking chairs, a modern kitchen, newly furnished living room with big screen TV, wifi and games, elegant bathrooms, and air conditioned comfortable bedrooms with soft luxurious bedding. The mansion includes a 20 kw emergency generator with fuel to run at full capacity for five days. The property also include 1000 gal water cistern in case it is needed for a spectacular stay. Guest access We highly recommend hiking boots for walking the Hacienda. At the property, you will find hiking sticks you can borrow. It is a great workout and chance to really experience nature at its full glory. Other things to note All Hacienda Serena Guests can visit the nearby "Colmado" Supermarket " La Ultima Parada" owned by Bernice and Jerry. There you can get a FREE "cuajito" to taste the local cuisine. Gas station also near by the Colmado.
