We can accommodate up to 10 adults. Large living area and full kitchen facilities. Ideal for a civilised family celebration. Quiet location with a large garden and beautiful views over the countryside. We have many family celebrations here but the property is not suitable for very loud parties as we have neighbours to consider. Hot tub available with a fee of £100 per stay payable on your arrival. We have 4 bedrooms with king size beds & ensuite bathrooms. (8 adults) The 5th bedroom is a twin and is best suited for older children but can be used for adults. Guest access Bedrooms: We have 4 bedrooms with king size beds & ensuite. (8 adults) The 5th bedroom is a twin suitable for 2 children as not large & does not have ensuite. Rooms (except twin) have TVs. DVD players, Bedside lamps. Wardrobe/Armoire/drawer units. Bathrooms: Annexe & West Wing bathrooms in stone, modern white and chrome fittings. Modern showers, Heated towel rail. Mirror, bathroom cabinet. Oak beamed ceiling. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with bath. Kitchen: Sink, Cooker, Hob, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Cutlery, Plates, Cups, Cabinets, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher. Living Rooms: Annexe - Oak flooring, Beamed ceiling. Double doors to garden with views. TV and DVD Player. Two 3 seater sofa's.. 2 other comfortable chairs. Leads internally to: West Wing - Dining room, two living rooms, large flatscreen TV & DV. Other: (URL HIDDEN) Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Towels changed once a week. Bedlinen changed once a week. Amenities/Facilities: Parking, Garden.
