It offers a one bedroom with queen bed, a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower tub combo, a small living area with wet bar (includes mini fridge, microwave, kurig & sink) This is the perfect getaway spot, centrally located in the heart of Plymouth Shenandoah Valley wine country within walking distance to some of the most highly sought after wineries in the area. This space won’t disappoint! The space This property is CENTRALLY located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley wine country. It is within walking distance to some of the most desirable wineries in the valley. This property is surrounded by vineyards on 50 acres of land! There are horses and cows roaming the property as well which add an element of country living! Guest access There is a shared outdoor patio area along with a game and entertainment area at the rustic barn at the top of the hill for our guests enjoyment! Both are common areas that are shared between the main house and guest suite! Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • The main farmhouse is also a vacation rental. We do rent each house to SEPARATE GUESTS from time to time, so it should be noted to respect the other guests and their space. We kindly request a quiet time after 10:00pm. 🏡 🕰️ 👫 • There are COMMON AREAS: the patio/yard area and the white barn at the top of the driveway are both common areas shared with other guests. 👫👬👭 • There is NOT a full kitchen, it is a wet bar only (mini fridge, microwave, kurig & sink) There is not a cooking stove. This space is much like a hotel room with wet bar. ☕️🍸 • Please bring bottled DRINKING WATER. The well water without filtration has a mineral taste. It is recommended to bring your bottled water for coffee and drinking! 💦 💧
