Villa Sunset by the Sea

Experience luxurious relaxation at Villa Sereno. With private sea access, state-of-the-art amenities, and modern designs, this retreat offers the perfect haven for discerning guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and new windows with mosquito screens. There are parking spaces on the ground. The house is not safe for children under the age of 12. The space The villa has three bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living-dining room, a hall, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, a hallway, a balcony, a spacious roof terrace as well as a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The house was completely renovated in 2019. In the garden there are numerous shady trees and plants, an outdoor kitchen with stove and a modern dining table, as well as an outdoor shower and a Weber Gas BBQ. The pool is 9x3 meters and only for our guests. Guest access The villa is independent and for the exclusive use of our guests. The house and the pool are only available to our guests.
