The space The property expands on 3 levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room which opens to the main outdoor area with the Infinity pool and the outdoor dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area, a guest WC and 3 en suite double bedrooms (out of which 1 may be set as a twin). The first floor features the second open plan kitchen and 2 en suite double bedrooms, out of which 1 is a master with panoramic sea views. Both bedrooms open to the first-floor terrace with built-in lounge areas and a fire pit. The second floor hosts the main master bedroom with panoramic sea views and a walking closet, which opens to the terrace with the outdoor hot tub. All 3 levels may be accessed by the stairs or the lift of the villa. All spaces are fully air-conditioned and the temperature may be set independently in each area.
